If it's not possible to prepare in advance a month earlier, you can use progesterone to bring on your period. This involves taking progesterone continuously for 5 to 7 days, and after stopping the medication, your period will usually arrive around day 5. Alternatively, you can use an ovulation-inducing injection, which also has the same effect of advancing your period. However, this can disrupt your normal menstrual cycle and is not recommended for use.
