II. Organizational Structure
The police station is composed of the Director's Office and three divisions: Regional Service Division, Investigative Service Division, and Administrative Service Division. The primary functions of the police station are carried out by the Regional Service Division and the Investigative Service Division, while the Administrative Service Division is primarily responsible for internal support. Each division is led by a deputy director, and all three divisions are managed by the director. According to their respective functions, each division is further divided into certain sections, departments, and teams.
1. Director's Office. The director holds the highest rank in the police station. The director manages the entire police station according to relevant legal rules to ensure the smooth completion of tasks. Below, the various sections are organically combined into the Director's Office based on their respective functions.
(1) Public Affairs Section. Provides guidance and legal representation for employees and their families; offers public services at banquets, commemorative events, and sponsored activities; provides relevant information to police station employees.
(2) Internal Affairs Section. Ensures the integrity of the police station by conducting objective and comprehensive investigations into employees' misconduct. It also ensures the smooth implementation of all actions and procedures of the Director's Office.
(3) Legal Labor Section. Represents the police station at hearings and civil litigation; promotes legal knowledge related to policing; resolves labor relations issues; liaises with contractual organizations; addresses unequal treatment in labor relations; represents the police station at mediation, arbitration meetings, and labor negotiations.
(4) Media Services Section. Provides policing-related information to the media. The director appoints a police station spokesperson to discuss internal policies and manage major case investigations.
(5) Policy Planning Section. Responsible for leading the Policy Development Department, Professional Audit Department, and Planning Research Department. Assists the internal legal implementation filing committee.
① Policy Development Department. Develops written command terms to maintain the continuity of police station policies; provides recommendations for internal coordination, unified procedures, and changes in criminal terms.
② Professional Audit Department. Inspects and supervises the work of various teams to ensure the implementation of administrative orders. At the same time, ensures the implementation of filing terms by the legal implementation filing committee.
③ Planning Research Department. Assists in the implementation of long-term strategic plans within the police station; helps with website development; is responsible for crime, traffic, administrative projects, crisis response teams, and other special projects within the station.
