Features: Jane Eyre, an orphaned girl, is hired as a governess at Thornfield Hall. She falls in love with the master, Mr. Rochester. However, she is poor and plain in appearance. When it comes to "wealth," she only has an agile mind, wise conversation, and a pure but (unyielding) heart. And how can these qualities compete with the beautiful and proud young lady, Blanche, who is wealthy and powerful? Who?
