Early on, vaginal four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound was used to determine the position of the gestational sac. Once detected, immediate combined intrauterine and abdominal surgery was performed. For those closer to the uterine cavity, laparoscopic intrauterine embryo removal was monitored under the laparoscope. For those farther from the uterine cavity, laparoscopic windowing embryo removal was conducted, followed by suture and tube placement. In case of rupture, emergency laparoscopic surgery was required to repair the tear, with blood collected and transfused back.
