2. Black Chicken Congee [Composition] 100g black chicken meat, 200g glutinous rice, fine scallions, ginger, salt, and sesame oil. [Preparation] Wash and cut the black chicken meat. Wash and chop the scallions and ginger finely. Mix the chicken slices with scallions, ginger, salt, pepper, and sesame oil, then add a sufficient amount of water and cook into congee. [Dosage] Serve warm. Can be eaten for breakfast or dinner. [Function] Nourishes the liver and kidneys, enriches essence and blood. Suitable for myopia, blurred vision due to deficiency of both liver and kidneys, dizziness, vertigo, frequent dreams at night, and soreness of the waist and knees.
3. Longan Jujube Congee [Composition] 30g longan meat, 6 jujubes, 80g glutinous rice, and an appropriate amount of sugar. [Preparation] Remove the meat from the longans, wash them along with the jujubes and glutinous rice, and cook into congee. Add a suitable amount of sugar, mix well, and cook for a few more minutes. [Dosage] Serve warm. [Function] Nourishes yin, calms the mind, and improves eyesight. Suitable for myopia. Accompanied by neurasthenia, dull complexion, etc. Not recommended for those with wind-cold colds or thick tongue coating.

1. Sesame Walnut Milk [Composition] 25g black sesame seeds, 25g walnuts, and 250ml milk. [Preparation] Roast the black sesame seeds and walnuts in an iron pot, grind them into fine powder, and mix with milk. Place the mixture in a sand pot and boil. [Dosage] This is the amount for one serving. Serve warm. [Function] Nourishes the liver and kidneys, enriches essence and blood. Suitable for myopia due to deficiency of liver and kidneys, difficulty seeing near.
