What should be done if the coronary perfusion pressure is excessively abnormal?

Patient's question:

Today, the check revealed that my coronary perfusion pressure is excessively abnormal. Apart from shortness of breath, there are no major problems. What could be the reason for this?

Doctor's answer:

Hello. If the coronary perfusion pressure is relatively low, this is considered to be due to insufficient blood volume and ischemia of myocardial cells. In such cases, ischemia can easily lead to hypoxia, making it common to experience breathing difficulties. Therefore, active treatment is necessary to prevent myocardial ischemia and replenish blood volume. This condition is likely caused by the connection of the left or right coronary plexus with an inappropriate aortic sinus. When the left coronary plexus connects with the right aortic sinus bud, it results in left coronary artery originating from the right aortic sinus. Conversely, when the right coronary plexus connects with the left aortic sinus bud, it forms right coronary artery originating from the left aortic sinus.
