Features: The rapid development of corporate strategic alliances began in the 1990s, and this form of strategic expansion has recently attracted the research interest of scholars in corporate strategic management. The widespread application of corporate alliance strategies over the past decade indicates that strategic alliances have deep-seated rationality and research value. This book strives to closely integrate Western strategic alliance theory with the practical realities of China's dairy industry. Through the organization and analysis of relevant literature, supplemented by interviews with personnel from dairy companies, it explores the necessity and feasibility of dairy processing enterprises in China implementing strategic alliances, as well as general operational processes, model selection, operational mechanisms, and risk management of strategic alliances in the dairy industry. It is hoped that this research will contribute to the joint development and advancement of dairy processing enterprises, thereby promoting the growth of China's dairy industry. This book is a refined version based on a doctoral dissertation. It is one of the outcomes of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission's Science and Technology and Graduate Education Construction Project titled "Knowledge Management and Technological Economy Platform Construction."
