It's possible that colposcopy did not include an iodine test, so it wasn't filled out. It is recommended to perform a cervical biopsy and HPV test. If the diagnosis is CIN1 and the infection is with high-risk HPV, a cervical LEEP procedure must be performed. Regular follow-up is still required after the surgery.
