It introduces the basic concepts and related knowledge of etiquette to enhance understanding and increase awareness of practicing etiquette. It also highlights its practicality and relevance, offering strong operational guidance to meet the needs of tourism reception work. Additionally, considering the expansion of international exchanges, it introduces relevant international etiquette knowledge.
