Features: The "Classic English for Students" series is primarily aimed at middle school students, while also catering to students in higher education institutions and English self-learners in their use of English for reading, writing, and translation. It can also serve as a reference for English teachers in teaching. Tailored to the characteristics of Chinese learners of English, we have added new features while ensuring it can function as a general dictionary: each entry is annotated with the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA), with different word classes marked by part of speech, definitions, and concise, representative example sentences. Additionally, essential and valuable phrases for middle school students are listed with usage notes. Based on the characteristics of the words, features such as "Usage Tips, Synonyms, Antonyms, Near Synonyms, See Also, and Word Formation Reference" are provided to facilitate learners' use.
