Nipple discharge preparing for surgery but currently no discharge what to do

Patient's question:

Hello Dr. Qin, the following is my medical condition:
24 years old, single and childless.
In mid-October, a small amount of blackish-red nipple discharge was found in the left breast, and multiple nodules were found in the right breast.

Doctor's answer:

The surgeries that have already been done have been done, of course. It's just that the multiple small nodules in the right breast at present are not necessary for surgical treatment.
It's just a ductoscopy examination, not 100% definitive. Besides, there's no discharge at present. Unless the ultrasound can detect a ductal tumor, surgery cannot be performed.
