Hello doctor, I did a breast ultrasound last month and it said there was a breast nodule. Can you help me

Patient's question:

Doctor, hello. I had an ultrasound last month and it said there was a breast nodule. Can you help me look at the results?
Bilateral breast examination: The shapes and contours of both breasts are normal, with clear layers. The glandular tissue is thickened, with alternating strong and weak echoes, presenting a leopard-like pattern, and the distribution is uneven.
Partial ductal dilation is observed in both breasts, with the widest internal diameters being 1.5 mm (right) and 1.6 mm (left). The duct walls are smooth, and the internal echo is good.
A hypoechoic nodule is seen in the right breast, measuring approximately 6x3 mm and 5x3 mm (7 o'clock position), with clear boundaries and uneven internal echoes. Additionally, cystic dark areas are observed, measuring approximately 5x3 mm, 4x2 mm (10 o'clock position), 5x2 mm, and 3x2 mm (2 o'clock position), with clear boundaries and good internal echo. No obvious abnormal echo masses are seen in the left breast.
CDFI shows no obvious blood flow signals in the right breast nodule or cystic dark areas, and no obvious abnormal blood flow signals are seen in the left breast.
Bilateral axillary examination shows no obvious abnormal echoes.
The ultrasound suggests bilateral breast hyperplasia with mild partial ductal dilation, a solid nodule with cystic appearance in the right breast, and a BI-RADS classification of 3 (111). Is this condition serious?

Doctor's answer:

Related to the treatment of breast hyperplasia, it is necessary to regularly visit the hospital for follow-up checks. It can be treated through surgical methods, and medication can also be taken. Xiao Jin Wan and Xiao Yao Wan can be used for regulation, as well as Wen Dan Wan.
