Please ask if I checked for uterine fibroids and also checked for pregnancy of the uterus muscle

Patient's question:

Started experiencing menstrual irregularities in August. Examinations at Three Gorges Hospital revealed uterine fibroids.

Doctor's answer:

If the fibroid is small, asymptomatic, without complications or degeneration, treatment is generally not required. Typically, after menopause, when estrogen levels decline, the fibroid will naturally shrink or disappear, and only regular follow-up is needed. If follow-up reveals that the fibroid has grown or symptoms become significant, further treatment should be considered.
