Features: As is well-known, the advanced nature of a Marxist party is primarily reflected in the advancement of its ideological theory. The advanced nature of the party's ideological theory is mainly manifested in four aspects: First, the party upholds the banner of advanced and scientific theory to unite forces and rally the people; second, it continuously promotes theoretical innovation in line with new practices, ensuring the theory keeps pace with the times and reflects contemporary demands; third, it consciously uses advanced theory to arm itself, constantly improving the theoretical level of the entire party and unifying its thinking; and fourth, it applies the theory of development to new practices, guiding work. The reason the Communist Party of China has been able to maintain its advanced nature lies in its fundamental experience of adhering to emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, and keeping pace with the times, continuously summarizing practices and advancing theoretical development to keep the party's ideology and theory full of vitality and dynamism. Over the past eighty-plus years, the party has achieved three historic leaps in its guiding ideology, forming three major theoretical achievements: Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and the Important Thought of "Three Represents." Since the 16th National Congress, our party has upheld the great banners of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Important Thought of "Three Represents," effectively advancing ideological and theoretical innovation while continuously creating new chapters in the great practice of socialist modernization. The new ideas, viewpoints, and conclusions proposed by the Hu Jintao-led central leadership have truly grasped the pulse of the times and fully reflected the voice of the people, further clarifying the direction forward.
