Chapters 6 to 11 introduce various user-defined data types of PASCAL (enumeration, subrange, array, set, record, file, and pointer) and their programming. Chapter 12 covers other remaining topics. Each chapter is followed by exercises. This book can be used as a teaching text for computer programming in computer software and hardware majors or other disciplines in higher education institutions. It can also serve as self-study or training material for technical personnel engaged in computer applications.
