Vulvar acne, itchy

Patient's question:

Every time it's long, now use Tribulus terrestris to wash, wash it's okay, medicine is nourishing, now is just two points itchy and red in the vagina, beans have no external genitalia

Doctor's answer:

Hello friend, this is due to the cause of folliculitis.
1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, avoid scratching and friction. Patients with recurrent folliculitis should pay attention to whether they have diabetes, anemia, or systemic diseases, and if so, they should receive appropriate treatment. Patients should avoid alcohol and spicy, irritating foods.
2. Depending on the severity of the condition, appropriate sulfonamide drugs such as compound sulfamethoxazole or sensitive antibiotics such as penicillin, gentamicin, cephalosporin, and kanamycin may be used.
3. For stubborn, recurrent folliculitis, intravenous immunoglobulin can be administered, or autologous bacterial vaccine or polyvalent staphylococcal vaccine can be injected. Some advocate the use of polyvalent staphylococcal vaccine to treat recurrent folliculitis, as although autologous bacterial vaccine has a certain effect, it requires certain conditions, is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Polyvalent staphylococcal vaccine has relative specificity for various skin staphylococci and better efficacy, can be produced in batches, and has no obvious side effects.
Specific method: Subcutaneous injection of the vaccine at the deltoid muscle of the upper arm. The first dose is 0.5ml, followed by 1ml each time, once a week. A course consists of 5 injections. After efficacy is observed, continue injecting for 2–3 courses. Local mild redness and swelling may occur after injection. If the redness and swelling are significant, the injection dose should be reduced and gradually increased.
