Breast tenderness, with lumps

Patient's question:

A month ago, for some unknown reason (I suspect it was either a sudden drop in temperature or overheating from dancing and catching a cold when I came home to shower at night), I experienced breast tenderness. It wasn't just in the breasts; sometimes it would ache on my back, or the left breast, or the right breast, or even my fingers. In short, it was a generalized, non-localized, wandering sensation of fullness or pain. Gradually, hard lumps formed inside the breasts, making them look swollen and larger than usual, with prominent blue veins, resembling breasts during lactation (they were originally soft and drooping). My tongue was thick, sometimes yellow, sometimes white. Additionally, even slight movement would cause a significant flow of sweat from my neck and back.

Doctor's answer:

Hello: According to your description, it is considered to be caused by qi deficiency. It is recommended to go to the hospital's traditional Chinese medicine department for examination.
