What are the clinical symptoms of endometritis?

Patient's question:

Got endometritis and look very pale. Sometimes there is bloody discharge, sometimes I have chills, and there is a lot of discharge. The discharge smells very bad. Sometimes the urine is reddish. The doctor said my period is irregular.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, when endometritis occurs, patients may present with retroverted and fixed uterus, accompanied or not accompanied by tenderness. Adnexa may be thickened or appear as cystic masses, with slightly thick walls, high tension, and may be mobile or immobile, accompanied or not accompanied by tenderness. Scattered, multiple, and varying-sized nodules may be observed in the posterior fornix or uterosacral ligaments, accompanied or not accompanied by tenderness. Purple-blue spots or nodules may be seen on the cervix, sometimes with polypoid or cauliflower-like growths. These signs may worsen before or during menstruation.
