Chapters 7 and 8 examine the investment financial security risks caused by information asymmetry from the perspectives of special enterprises and investors such as banks and venture capitalists, along with countermeasures. Chapter 9 introduces a complete case study of foreign-invested enterprises in China, showcasing their practices, experiences in credit financial security management, and the potential applicability of these practices to general enterprises in China.
