Features: Happy ball exercises are very attractive to children. If children aged 3-5 can use a ball to do a few simple exercises, it will have a positive effect on their physical development. Kids, let's get moving and do ball exercises with Cool Guy!
Section 1: Bend your arms to hold the ball at shoulder level and take steps in place. When lifting your legs, make sure your knees touch the ball.
Section 2: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, holding the ball with both hands down. Raise both hands, passing the ball to the parent behind you. Then, straighten your legs and bend forward, reaching between your legs to retrieve the ball with both hands.
Section 3: Stand upright, turn left, and pass the ball to the parent. Then turn right, receive the ball back, and pass it to the parent again.
Section 4: Lie flat on your back, placing your hands on both sides of your body with palms facing down. Clasp the ball between your feet, extend them upward, and pass the ball to the parent standing above your head.
Section 5: Stand two steps away from the parent and practice catching and throwing the ball.
Section 6: Sit facing each other on the ground with legs spread apart. Roll the ball on the ground with your hands and then catch it back.
Section 7: Squat into a seated stance facing each other, two steps apart. Extend both hands forward and pass and catch the ball between each other.
Repeat each exercise 5-8 times, paying special attention to regulating your breathing to keep it in sync with the movement rhythm.
Developing Children's Motor Skills
Motor skills refer to the ability to perform actions such as running, jumping, and throwing. Nowadays, with improving material conditions, children live in comfortable environments and are often overprotected by their parents, leading to a lack of exercise and a decline in physical qualities like speed, endurance, explosiveness, and flexibility. In reality, motor skills are not only essential for survival but also the foundation for other forms of intelligence development. Parents should pay great attention to cultivating their children's motor skills.
First, parents should encourage their children to exercise more. Many parents worry about their children getting injured during physical activities and prohibit them from participating in sports. In fact, this excessive concern is a major obstacle to the development of their motor skills.
Second, the home should be equipped with simple and fun sports equipment suitable for the child's age to spark their interest in exercise. Additionally, exciting sports programs, books, and animated shows featuring sports themes can also help children develop an interest in physical activity.
