Infertility caused by endocrine disorders

Patient's question:

Doctor,
I have been experiencing endocrine disorders for a long time. Three years ago, after a hospital examination, I took Methylprednisolone Tablets, and my menstrual cycle was basically adjusted to normal. However, since last year, my menstruation has become irregular again, occurring every 2-3 months. This year, I want to have a child, so I had a pre-pregnancy check-up at the hospital. The results are attached in the image below.
I have not used any contraception for four months, and 14 days after my last menstrual period, I used ovulation strips to test. The results have always been one clear line and one faint line. Do I still ovulate in this case? Should I take fertility drugs like clomiphene citrate?
