In this context, I revised the teaching of Public Finance, making appropriate adjustments and supplements while trying to maintain the original framework of the textbook. The most significant changes include: removing the chapter on State-owned Assets Income, adding a chapter on Extra-budgetary Funds (added twice in the original text), and making substantial adjustments to chapters such as Government Budget and Inter-governmental Fiscal Relations, enriching the content related to fiscal system relationships in recent years. Additionally, some suitable adjustments have been made in other chapters.
