As a popular, question-and-answer-style book, it focuses on the content covered by the new "Regulations" and "Formatting," setting questions and providing precise, concise, and theoretically courageous answers in eight aspects: General Principles, Types of Official Documents, Document Formatting, Rules for Drafting, Issuance Procedures, Receipt Procedures, Archiving of Official Documents, and Management of Official Documents. During the writing process, attention was paid to relevance, highlighting practicality, and demonstrating operability. It conscientiously summarizes past lessons learned in official document processing, predicts potential issues that may arise after the release of the new "Regulations," and proposes feasible solutions and reasonable technical proposals. The goal is to enable readers to accurately understand, grasp, and implement the provisions of the new "Regulations" and "Formatting" through the book's explanations and introductions.
