Features: Servo System Principles and Design is a textbook written for undergraduate students majoring in automatic control. This revision retains the fundamental content of the original textbook while making necessary adjustments to certain chapters. It adds simulations of digital servo systems and the design of digital servo systems, appropriately supplements experimental research on servo system inverse dynamic control based on multi-layer forward neural networks, and rewrites Chapters 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 to meet new teaching needs... Servo System Principles and Design is a textbook written for undergraduate students majoring in automatic control. The original book was co-authored by Hu Youde, Zeng Lesheng, and Ma Dongsheng, with Professor Xiao Chunlin of Beijing University of Technology as the chief reviewer. It was officially published by Beijing Institute of Technology Press in 1993 and won the Second Prize of the Third National Excellent Textbook Award for Electronic Engineering Majors in Engineering. Due to teaching needs, based on extensive feedback from users, Hu Youde, Ma Dongsheng, and Zhang Liusong revised the original book in 1998. After several years of teaching practice and use by other institutions, this book has achieved good teaching results in cultivating students' comprehensive application of fundamental knowledge such as control theory, automatic control components, motors and power drives, and electronic technology, as well as in mastering the principles and applications of servo systems, and in grasping the design techniques and methods for servo systems.
