Is there an abnormality in your son's testicles?

Patient's question:

Hello experts,
My son is just three months old. Yesterday, I noticed a blueish lump on the upper part of his right testicle, which is the same size as the testicles on both sides below it. At first glance, it seems like there are three of them—how is this possible?
Yesterday, when he was urinating, I had to hold his penis because it was slightly tilted. Did my hand accidentally hit the testicles below when I moved him, or is there another medical issue? Please advise! Thank you.
By the way, when his testicles contract due to cold, there are no visible abnormalities. Thank you.
First follow-up question: This has never happened before.

Doctor's answer:

Hello: The problem you mentioned may be normal. You can take your child to the hospital for a check-up.
