I have infertility, how should I be treated?

Patient's question:

My discovery of infertility might have been a few years ago. Back then, I was extremely busy every day, having to work at construction sites every day. Later, I moved abroad and often went out drinking at night. I've been married for several years now, but I haven't had any children. My family is really worried about me now. I suspect I might have infertility issues.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, infertility is mainly divided into five categories of factors or causes of difficulty in female conception according to modern medicine: ovulation dysfunction; uterine developmental abnormalities; chronic cervical, pelvic; imperforate hymen, congenital absence of the vagina. Male common issues include oligospermia, azoospermia, and low sperm quality. Other factors, such as emotional tension, excessive stress, hypothyroidism, and improper sexual behavior, can also cause difficulty in conception.
