Features: The Jiuzhaigou Paradise International Environmental Forum centers on the proposition of implementing the sustainable development strategy, upholding the scientific outlook on development, and building a harmonious society between humans and nature. It focuses on environmental strategic issues in China's rapid economic development over the next 5-15 years, exchanges beneficial experiences in environmental protection from various countries and regions, and promotes the coordinated development of economy, society, and environment. The theme of this forum is "Environmental Strategy in Rapid Economic Development." Three thematic sub-forums were also set up: "Water Environment Strategy," "Energy and Environment Strategy," and "Environmental Investment and Financing Strategy." The forum garnered widespread attention both domestically and internationally. Many environmental workers, economists, and relevant leaders actively submitted their papers. The organizing committee formed an expert review panel, which carefully screened each submission and selected outstanding papers for this proceedings. These papers are innovative in concept, distinct in perspective, thought-provoking, and highly reference-worthy.
