The research primarily includes the following aspects: 1. By comparing and analyzing Marx's property rights theory with Western property rights theory, it enriches and develops the concept of labor property rights, offering its own perspective on the highly debated issue in academia regarding whether labor property rights are inseparable from laborers. 2. It provides a detailed analysis of the connotation and causes of incomplete labor property rights. Building on the latest theoretical achievements of property rights theory—the game theory of property rights—a theoretical framework for analyzing institutional changes in China's labor market is established. 3. It examines the driving forces behind the transition of China's labor market from planned allocation to market allocation, as well as the inevitability of the current dual segmentation of the labor market in China, and conducts an empirical study on market segmentation. 4. Using a game model of labor market changes, by comparing the utility functions of different market entities, it identifies local government interests as the main constraint on labor market changes, thereby proposing several policy recommendations to accelerate the development of China's labor market. This book is suitable for theorists and practitioners studying property rights theory, labor economics, and those interested in the development of China's labor market. It can also serve as a reference for anyone interested in related fields.
