Features: According to the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific and standardized references for vocational skill training and assessment, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China commissioned the Textile Industry Vocational Skill Assessment Guidance Center to organize experts to formulate the "National Occupational Standard for Fiber Carder" (hereinafter referred to as "the Standard").
1. This "Standard" is based on the "Occupational Classification Catalog of the People's Republic of China" and aims to objectively reflect the current level of this occupation and the requirements for practitioners. It has clearly defined the scope of activities, work content, skill requirements, and knowledge level of this occupation, taking into full consideration the impact of economic development, technological progress, and industrial structure changes on the occupation.
2. The formulation of this "Standard" follows the requirements of relevant technical specifications, ensuring the standardization of its format while reflecting the characteristics of being occupation-oriented and skill-focused. It also maintains flexibility and practicality, allowing for adjustments based on technological advancements, and meets the needs of training, assessment, and employment.
3. According to relevant regulations, this occupation is divided into four levels in this "Standard," covering four aspects: occupational overview, basic requirements, work requirements, and weight tables.
4. This "Standard" was completed through the joint efforts of various experts and practitioners. The main contributors to its writing include: Zhan Shugai, Yang Peiyu, Zhang Xinbo, and Ai Yongshan. The main reviewers include: Liu Xiangming, Liu Baoming, Liu Suqiao, Zhang Hong, Wang Xingli, Chen Lei, Liu Yongpeng, and Chen Yingjie. During the writing process of the "Standard," strong support was provided by Henan Textile Senior Technical School, Shanxi Textile Industry Office, Anmian Branch of Hubei Textile Technical School, and Shijiazhuang Textile Technical School. During the review process, strong support was provided by China Textile Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd., China Cotton Textile Industry Association, and Shaanxi Xianyang Textile Industry School. Gratitude is extended to all parties involved.
5. This "Standard" has been approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China and has been implemented since January 28, 2005.
