Features: According to the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific and standardized basis for vocational education and training, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China commissioned the Textile Industry Vocational Skill Assessment Guidance Center to organize relevant experts to formulate the "National Occupational Standard for Tube and Shake Worker" (hereinafter referred to as "the Standard").
1. This "Standard" is based on the "National Occupational Classification Catalog of the People's Republic of China," with the objective of objectively reflecting the current level of this occupation and the requirements for practitioners. It has clearly defined the scope of activities, work content, skill requirements, and knowledge level of this occupation, taking into full consideration the impact of economic development, technological progress, and industrial structure changes on this occupation.
2. The formulation of this "Standard" follows the requirements of relevant technical procedures. It ensures the standardization of the "Standard's" format while reflecting the characteristics of being occupation-oriented and skill-focused. It also maintains flexibility and practicality, allowing for adjustments based on technological advancements, and meets the needs of training, assessment, and employment.
3. According to relevant provisions, this "Standard" divides the occupation into four levels, covering four aspects: occupational overview, basic requirements, work requirements, and weight tables.
4. This "Standard" was completed through the joint efforts of various experts and practitioners.
5. This "Standard" has been approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China and has been piloted since January 28, 2005.
