Features: According to the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific and standardized references for vocational education and training, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China commissioned the Textile Industry Vocational Skill Assessment Guidance Center to organize relevant experts to formulate the "National Occupational Standard for Textile Dyeing Worker" (hereinafter referred to as "the Standard").
1. This "Standard" is based on the "National Occupational Classification Directory of the People's Republic of China," with the objective of objectively reflecting the current level of this occupation and the requirements for practitioners. It has clearly defined the scope of activities, job content, skill requirements, and knowledge levels of this occupation, taking into full consideration the impact of economic development, technological progress, and industrial structure changes on the occupation.
2. The formulation of this "Standard" adheres to the requirements of relevant technical specifications. It ensures the standardization of the "Standard's" format while reflecting the characteristics of being occupation-oriented and skill-focused. It also maintains flexibility and practicality, allowing for adjustments based on technological advancements, and meets the needs of training, assessment, and employment.
3. According to relevant provisions, this "Standard" divides the occupation into five levels, including content such as occupational overview, basic requirements, job requirements, and weight tables.
4. This "Standard" was completed through the joint efforts of various experts and practitioners.
5. This "Standard" has been approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China and has been implemented for trial since January 28, 2005.
