Features: According to the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific and standardized references for vocational skill training and assessment, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China commissioned the Textile Industry Vocational Skill Assessment Guidance Center to organize experts to formulate the "National Occupational Standard for Winding Machine Operators" (hereinafter referred to as "the Standard").
1. This "Standard" is based on the "Occupational Classification Catalog of the People's Republic of China" and aims to objectively reflect the current level of this occupation and the requirements for practitioners. It has clearly defined the scope of activities, work content, skill requirements, and knowledge level of this occupation, taking into full consideration the impact of economic development, technological progress, and industrial structure changes on the occupation.
2. The formulation of this "Standard" adheres to the requirements of relevant technical procedures, ensuring the standardization of its format while reflecting the characteristics of being occupation-oriented and skill-focused. It also maintains flexibility and practicality, capable of being adjusted according to technological advancements, and meets the needs of training, assessment, and employment.
3. According to relevant regulations, this occupation is divided into four levels in this "Standard," covering four aspects: occupational overview, basic requirements, work requirements, and weight tables.
4. This "Standard" was completed through the joint efforts of relevant experts and practitioners. The main contributors to its writing include: Zhang Yuti, Xu Zhiyong, Sun EHong, and Wang Baoqun. The main reviewers include: Yu Lurong, Tan Jingren, Lang Jiadi, Liu Jijiang, Shi Wenfen, Chen Lei, Liu Yongpeng, and Chen Yingjie. During the writing process of the "Standard," strong support was received from Shandong Silk Industry School, Sichuan Textile Industry Association, Shanxi Xinjiang Textile Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou No. 1 Cotton Mill Group, and Henan Textile Senior Technical School. During the review process, strong support was received from China Textile Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd., China Cotton Textile Industry Association, and Shaanxi Xianyang Textile Industry School. Gratitude is expressed to all parties involved.
5. This "Standard" has been approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China and has been implemented since January 28, 2005.
