Pessary Syndrome for almost 5 years, please save me?

Patient's question:

I have had pelvic floor dysfunction for 5 years and have been suffering terribly. I have seen doctors, but they haven't taken it seriously. My symptoms are exactly the same as those described in medical books for pelvic floor dysfunction—daily bloating, incomplete bowel movements, and tightness in the lower abdomen. Additionally, I have developed severe gynecological problems, which is truly unbearable. How can I get relief quickly!!!!!!!
The book says biofeedback therapy is effective, but I don’t know where to find treatment for it. I really hope to get a prompt response. Thank you!!!!

Doctor's answer:

Biofeedback therapy is a type of psychological (behavioral) therapy that utilizes modern electronic instruments, such as biofeedback devices, to process certain biological information related to psychophysiology (e.g., heart rate, blood pressure, gastrointestinal motility, muscle activity, brainwave activity, skin moisture, etc.). This information is then displayed to the participant in the form of light and sound (i.e., information feedback). Through this "mirror" process, the participant can "see" or "hear" changes in their physiological activities, understand the functioning of their internal organs, and, under the guidance of a doctor, learn to consciously control their own psychophysiological activities. The goal is to regulate bodily functions and prevent or treat diseases. The use of biofeedback techniques and methods to treat diseases is referred to as biofeedback therapy.
Biofeedback therapy is suitable for all psychosomatic diseases caused by excessive tension.
