Does medication abortion affect the child?

Patient's question:

Doctor: A few years ago, I had a second medication-induced abortion. The first time, I saw pink discharge the size of a peanut, and the doctor said it was already out. But during the second time, I didn't notice anything similar coming out. Later, I went to the hospital for an ultrasound, which confirmed I wasn't pregnant. However, I don't know if it was completely out, and I haven't had any follow-up checks since then. Now I'm planning to have a child. Do you think there could be any problems? If I didn't know it wasn't completely out back then, and I'm pregnant now, will it affect the baby?

Doctor's answer:

No problem, it won't have any impact.
