Patient's question:
Since I was 13 years old, my breast had a lump when it first developed. At that time, it was quite large (perhaps because I hadn't developed much then), and it was firm. Now that I've grown up, it still follows me around; it doesn't hurt or cause any discomfort. I originally thought everyone had one. Additionally, my nipple is congenitally inverted, and it's quite severe. I am 26 years old now. Please help me solve this problem, Doctor. Thank you!Doctor's answer:
If it has been present since childhood and there are no other changes now, it should not be a major issue. If you are not reassured, you can undergo an infrared examination. Congenital nipple inversion can be corrected by manually pulling it outward and avoiding tight bras. When sleeping, make sure to remove the bra.
