What are the normal values for six hormones?

Patient's question:

After getting married, I have never been pregnant. My menstrual cycle has been very irregular; sometimes it comes every one and a half months, and sometimes it's over two months. A few days ago, I went to the hospital for a check-up. Before this check-up, I hadn't had my period for over two months. The doctor performed a BV test and an RT test, and both results showed no major issues. Later, the doctor mentioned that a hormone six test should be done.
What kind of help I need: What are the normal values for the six hormone tests?

Doctor's answer:

1) Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH): A glycoprotein hormone secreted by basophilic cells of the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland, its main function is to promote the development and maturation of ovarian follicles. The concentration of blood FSH is 1.5~10 mIU/ml in the pre-ovulatory period, 8~20 mIU/ml during ovulation, and 2~10 mIU/ml in the post-ovulatory period. Generally, 5~40 mIU/ml is considered the normal range. Low FSH levels are seen during estrogen-progestogen therapy, Sheehan's syndrome, etc. High FSH levels are seen in premature ovarian failure, ovarian insensitivity syndrome, primary amenorrhea, etc. If FSH is higher than 40 mIU/ml, it is ineffective against ovulation-inducing drugs such as clomiphene.
