① Avoid arguing in front of children. Never lie to them, and parents should show mutual respect and understanding.
② Maintain a parallel relationship between parents and children. When friends of the child visit, greet them warmly. Answer their questions as comprehensively as possible. Do not speak negatively about the child in front of their friends.
③ Do not overemphasize the child's shortcomings. Love for the child should be stable—do not easily lose your temper or resort to hitting or scolding.
④ Avoid speaking ill of others in front of the child. Do not reveal others' private information in their presence. Do not say things the child cannot understand. Do not discuss topics that cause worry and are beyond their control, as this may become a heavy mental burden for them.
