Diagnosis of breast tenderness?

Patient's question:

I was pregnant once in June, and I had an abortion around the 50th day of pregnancy. After that, every time before my period, my breasts would hurt very badly.
I went to the hospital, and the doctor touched them and said it would be fine if I wasn’t married, because with Mom around, I couldn’t tell the doctor about the pregnancy. The doctor said it would be fine if I wasn’t married, and it sounded like if I had a sexual history, this symptom would be a problem.
Could you please tell me if marriage status affects the diagnosis of breast pain? If the breast lump is caused by an abortion, can it be cured with medication?

Doctor's answer:

Breast tenderness before menstruation is a normal phenomenon, a periodic physiological change. If it's severe, see a doctor and also check yourself by pressing the breasts with the correct hand gestures to see if there are any lumps. If there is breast hyperplasia, treatment is needed. But don't be too anxious and pay attention to regular breast checks.
