Bumps of one to two near the vagina, not painful or itchy, what's going on

Patient's question:

I got pregnant this year and developed one to two bumps near my vagina. They don't hurt or itch, and they seem like a heat-related issue, disappearing on their own after some time. When I went to the gynecologist, the doctor said it was caused by inflammation. I have right adnexitis and leukorrhea of degree 2. Recently, I've had a few small bumps that haven't gone away for a long time, and my leukorrhea has a slightly fishy odor. Could this be due to other conditions? Should I undergo further tests? My husband doesn't have any symptoms, but his groin and body itch after scratching, leaving dead skin on top. I suspect it might be eczema, which improves after applying medication.

Doctor's answer:

?Hello, small bumps on the vulva: There are several possibilities. The first one is: it could be due to internal heat, resulting in small sores, which is not a major issue. The second possibility is: it could be the initial stage of genital warts. The third possibility is: it could be a common bacterial infection of the vulva. It is recommended that you visit a regular gynecological hospital for relevant examinations and symptomatic treatment to avoid delaying the condition. Additionally, while undergoing treatment, pay attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of the vulvar area. Avoid washing the vulva with soap; try to restrain from scratching and rubbing the affected area; avoid spicy foods; and pay attention to avoiding emotional fluctuations.
