WTO and the New Round of Administrative System Reform

Features: This book took over three years from conception to the final character being typed. The time span of the entire book covers from the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2002 to the successful conclusion of the 5th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party in October 2005. During this period, it evolved from the initial impulse to write, to bravely drafting an outline, to writing the first two chapters, to organizing classmates to gather materials, to finally picking up the pen and writing it all out in one go. It was a long process. Not only because it spans the disciplines of political science and economics, but also because it is a highly sensitive topic. Therefore, even now, looking at the nearly 300,000-word manuscript, I still feel a bit uneasy. After all, for a young and inexperienced writer like me, my ability to handle this topic is certainly limited, and a slight mistake could lead to serious errors. Although it is an era of free speech, under the strong influence of the advanced nature education for Communist Party members, as a member of the Communist Party of China, I have always been cautious throughout the writing process, sincerely treating every punctuation mark and every character to express my loyalty and serious attitude towards writing, in order to avoid making even the slightest mistake. Perhaps all I can aspire to is to evolve into the child in the story of "The Emperor's New Clothes," exploring the truth, knowledge, and essence of science.
