Mild cervical erosion, with candidal vulvovaginitis. What to do?

Patient's question:

Morning, after getting up and using the toilet for the first time (small hands), I always feel my lower abdomen is particularly full and accompanied by pain. After relieving myself, the symptoms disappear after about a minute. It's strange what the problem could be. Is it possible it's due to holding urine at night?
First follow-up question: Female.
Second follow-up question: I'm 26 years old, and this condition has been going on for several years. My menstrual cycle is normal, but in the last few days of menstruation, it tends to be watery and lasts for two or three days. I had a gynecological examination, which revealed mild cervical erosion and candidiasis.
Third follow-up question: Could there be other possibilities, such as endometriosis?

Doctor's answer:

Hello, it is recommended not to take medication casually in your case. Use an alkaline solution, such as 2~4% sodium bicarbonate or soap water, to rinse the external genitalia and vagina, altering the vaginal pH to make it unfavorable for mold growth. After rinsing, insert Nystatin tablets or suppositories into the vagina, with a dosage of 100,000~200,000 units each time, once nightly, for a course of 10~14 days. Additionally, apply 3% miconazole cream to the external genitalia for better results. For stubborn cases, oral fluconazole can be taken at a dose of 150 mg once daily for three consecutive days. During treatment, sexual intercourse should be avoided, and underwear should be changed, washed, and boiled daily for disinfection. After completing one course of treatment, a negative mold test result is required. Subsequent monthly follow-up tests for mold should also be negative. Continuous consolidation treatment for three additional courses is necessary to confirm a cure.
