I took Virazole, should I have this child?

Patient's question:

I had my last menstrual period on December 3rd and stopped bleeding on the 9th. On the 12th, I caught a cold and took 2-3 days of Viral tablets. On January 16th, when I didn't get my period, I went to the hospital for a check-up and found out I was pregnant. I am 29 years old and this is my first pregnancy.
Could the Viral have affected the baby's brain and made it undetectable? If it had a significant impact, would undergoing an abortion increase the likelihood of future infertility or habitual miscarriage? Should I keep this child?
First follow-up question: On December 12th, I got a blood test for my cold, and the results are as follows. Was it a viral cold or a common cold? If it was a viral cold, was it severe?

Doctor's answer:

It is recommended that patients undergo check-ups on schedule during pregnancy, and whether to have the child should be determined based on the specific check-up results.
