Symptoms of gynecological diseases

Patient's question:

I have been experiencing aching, fullness, and a dull pain in my right waist and upper right abdomen for the past few weeks (around one or two months). What gynecological conditions could cause such symptoms?
Additional question: The other symptoms include being unable to lie flat for long periods (not more than an hour) or lie on my right side, as the aching and fullness become particularly noticeable. Lying on my left side causes no symptoms.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, there are many reasons for lower abdominal pain. The most common ones are cystitis, gastrointestinal diseases, or urinary stones. Secondly, it could be due to abdominal cold or gastrointestinal diseases. If the pain is not prominent now, you can continue to monitor it and avoid eating cold and raw foods. Otherwise, you should go to the hospital for internal medicine examination.
