Will vulvar white lesions be inherited by children?

Patient's question:

I would like to ask if vulvar leukoplakia can be inherited by children.
Does a small uterus affect fertility?

Doctor's answer:

Hello: The small uterus has a certain impact on fertility.
Leukoplakia of the external genitalia is a group of diseases caused by nutritional disorders of the skin and mucosa of the vulva, leading to tissue degeneration and changes in pigmentation. It is also known as chronic nutritional dystrophic lesions of the external genitalia.
Hyperplastic leukoplakia of the external genitalia (hyperplastic dystrophy) generally occurs in women aged 30 to 60, with the main symptom being severe itching of the external genitalia. The lesions primarily occur on the labia majora and labia minora, sometimes extending to the perianal area. The skin appears dark red, with white patches interspersed, forming a mottled pattern (lichenized). The affected skin becomes thickened, resembling leather, with raised folds or scales or eczematous changes.
Lichen sclerosus leukoplakia of the external genitalia (lichen sclerosus dystrophy) can occur at any age but is most common in women around 40. The main symptom is itching in the affected area. The lesions may involve the clitoris, labia majora, labia minora, posterior commissure, and perianal area. Initially, small white papules with irregular borders and a flat surface appear, gradually coalescing into white patches. As the condition progresses, the skin in the affected area becomes thin and shrinks, resembling cigarette paper, leading to atrophy of the entire external genitalia, vaginal stenosis, and difficulty during intercourse. In young girls, the disease often causes discomfort in the external genitalia and perianal area after urination or defecation, and the lesions usually disappear on their own during puberty.
Mixed leukoplakia of the external genitalia (mixed dystrophy) is a combination of the two types mentioned above, with visible atrophy of the external genitalia accompanied by raised white patches.
Leukoplakia of the external genitalia with atypical hyperplasia does not have specific clinical manifestations, and diagnosis primarily relies on local biopsy. If in
