What are the symptoms of gonorrhea?

Patient's question:

What are the symptoms of cervical erosion? Is it serious? How should it be treated?
How should I treat the mold?
A while ago, I was pregnant and preparing for an abortion when I was found to have mold and cervical erosion. Later, I received an injection to treat the mold for one day, then had the abortion the next day. The third day, I received another injection, but then stopped. Later, I experienced lower abdominal pain and went to the hospital for a check-up, where it was found that there was blood accumulation in the uterus. I then received injections for another five days. A month has passed since then, and my period still hasn’t come. Is this normal? Additionally, I’ve been experiencing pain in my right waist recently, but I can’t quite describe it—it’s not a dull ache or anything specific. Is this serious?

Doctor's answer:

Cervical erosion can be classified into three forms in clinical practice: mild cervical erosion, moderate cervical erosion, and severe cervical erosion.
1. Symptoms of mild cervical erosion: Mild cervical erosion is rarely accompanied by pain symptoms, but may cause lower back and sacral pain, pelvic lower abdominal pain, and dysmenorrhea. An increase in leukorrhea is the main symptom of mild cervical erosion and sometimes the only symptom. Mild cervical erosion typically leads to an increase in leukorrhea, with characteristics such as yellow color, viscosity, and a foul odor. Depending on the causative organism of the infection, the quality, quantity, and color of leukorrhea may also change, leading to bleeding.
2. Symptoms of moderate cervical erosion: Patients with moderate cervical erosion may experience an increase in leukorrhea, with yellow color, viscosity, and a foul odor. When inflammation stimulates the external genitalia, it may cause itching. When the erosion surface becomes significantly congested, appearing bright red or easily bleeding, irregular vaginal bleeding may occur. Leukorrhea also changes. While mild cervical erosion only causes an increase in leukorrhea, moderate cervical erosion leads to changes in symptoms, such as yellow leukorrhea accompanied by occasional blood streaks.
