Features: This series of books is meticulously designed as a companion to the National Judicial Examination Guidance Book (Revised Edition 2006), with its chapters and content closely following the structure and material of the main book. It is tailored to provide a comprehensive learning experience. Each chapter or section integrates exam analysis, legal provisions, key points, past exam questions, and practice exercises, truly achieving the goal of "one book for all." The specific content is divided into the following sections:
[Exam Analysis] In this section, statistics are provided on the key points and scoring distribution for this chapter (section) across the six exams held from 1999 to 2005. A concise analysis of the patterns and trends is given, aiming to guide candidates to focus their review efforts effectively.
[Legal Provisions Integration] As the name suggests, this section arranges the legal provisions related to the chapter (section) in the order of content, with the main provisions serving as the backbone. All relevant provisions and judicial interpretations required by the syllabus are woven into the text, forming a coherent knowledge chain.
[Key Point Explanation] This is the core part of the series. Key points are divided into two types:
1. Already Tested Key Points: The compilers have classified and integrated all questions from 1996 to 2005, extracting and summarizing the key points. These are explained in detail, combined with the questions from the past decade.
2. Key Points Not Yet Tested but of High Priority: These are key points that have not appeared in exams but are considered important. Unlike a mere repetition of textbook material, this section analyzes them from a practical perspective, highlighting key takeaways. Many key points span across multiple chapters or even disciplines. Compared to the specialized lecture-style guidance books currently on the market, this series offers a systematic and comprehensive coverage of key points, balancing both "thorough coverage" and "tackling tough challenges."
[Typical Tests] Based on the key point explanations, questions of similar difficulty are designed to reinforce memorization or deepen understanding.
This series is divided into six volumes, covering Civil Law, Criminal Law, the Civil Procedure Law and Arbitration System, Criminal Procedure Law, Business Law · Economic Law · Administrative Law and Administrative Law, and Jurisprudence · Constitution · Legal History · International Law · Judicial System and Legal Ethics.
The authors of this series are young Ph.D. law scholars who have passed the National Judicial Examination with high scores and have extensive experience in exam preparation. They possess rich professional knowledge, teaching experience, and insights into the exam. During the writing process, we referred to the works of scholars and peers and incorporated valuable suggestions from fellow students and examinees. We strive for perfection, and candidates aim for success. We hope this book will be a valuable asset in helping candidates achieve their goals!
