2. Codonopsis and Angelica Stewed Meat Soup: 10–15g of codonopsis, 10g of angelica sinensis, one chicken or an appropriate amount of pork, and ginger are stewed together and consumed.
3. Pig Blood and Liver Soup: Use an appropriate amount of pig blood and liver to make a soup and drink it.
4. Add 5g of Ejiao pearls to meat soup and consume it.
5. 10g of longan meat and 10 red dates, cook glutinous rice porridge, and add eggs to consume.
6. Stew meat with 10g of astragalus and 10g of angelica sinensis, eat the meat, and drink the soup.
