In Chapter 2, we introduce the principles, processes, and content of CPA project team building, as well as the basic qualities CPA project managers should possess. Chapter 3 focuses on CPA project management processes and platform frameworks. Chapter 4 discusses how CPA conducts project development, how to determine project plans, and how to perform qualitative and quantitative evaluations when selecting CPA projects. Chapter 5 outlines the types, content, and CPUA project work breakdown, human resource arrangements, and time schedule arrangements. Chapter 6 elaborates on contract control. Quality control is one of the key contents of this book. In Chapter 8, we explore the control of audit program execution, audit evidence collection, audit report preparation, and audit project review and formulation. All projects involve risks, and without risks, there is no value in implementation. A better understanding of risk characteristics and effective risk management can not only avoid unforeseen disasters but also achieve more reliable profits. In Chapter 9, we provide a framework for integrating risk management into project management, how to incorporate the risk management process into each stage of the project lifecycle, and how to apply risk-based audits in China's audit practice. Chapter 10 analyzes the causes of audit failures through case studies and how to avoid audit failures in practice.
