Features: Since its publication, the "Administrative Case Handling Handbook" has been well-received and recognized by a broad readership. At the same time, to meet the practical needs of case handlers in the new era, we have continuously revised and improved this book, striving to innovate in both content and layout, making it a convenient and practical, ever-updated reference tool for case handling. The main difference between this book and general legal compendia is:
1. Clear and concise main thread, suitable for practical case handling needs. The content of the book is divided into four parts: comprehensive legal norms, departmental legal norms, frequently used judicial interpretations for administrative litigation, and frequently used judicial interpretations for state compensation. Among them, the "departmental legal norms" section is determined based on the management scope in the "Notice of the Supreme People's Court on Standardizing Administrative Case Causes" and includes 41 types of administrative management behaviors, each with corresponding laws and regulations, ensuring the rationality and authority of the classification. The "frequently used judicial interpretations for administrative litigation" section takes the provisions of the "Administrative Litigation Law" as the basis and main thread, selects legal documents, and arranges them under the corresponding litigation procedures.
2. Comprehensive legal coverage, with a case index listed to provide full guidance for case handling. The book compiles more than 310 regulatory documents, including laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations, issued before March 2006, for administrative case handling. Additionally, more than 110 typical cases selected from the "Supreme People's Court Bulletin" and "Administrative Enforcement and Administrative Trials" (published by the Legal Press) are indexed to provide guidance for handling similar cases.
3. Free CD-ROM included, with additional service for new law supplements, making it convenient and practical. The CD-ROM contains the complete legal documents listed in the directory, over 380 pieces, which can be directly downloaded and printed. For new law supplements, see the supplement registration table at the end of the book. With the development and changes of legislation and judicial practice, we will continue to improve this book further and welcome valuable feedback from readers.
