Features: Foot reflexology is one of the oldest health and medical methods. In this book, foot reflexology establishes its own theoretical system with the help of modern medical theories and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theories. Its relationship with other medical theories is one of reference rather than subordination. Theoretically, it is not a branch of other medical theories but rather parallel to them. In practical application, it is not a branch of TCM massage and acupuncture; its relationship with them is also parallel. The methods introduced in this book are primarily self-help (helping oneself), but they can also be used for mutual help among friends and family, as well as for non-professional assistance to anyone in any situation. As the body's code, the feet still have many blank areas waiting to be deciphered; there are also many areas that have been deciphered and need further confirmation. As an explorer of foot reflexology, I am eager to have more colleagues join in the exploration. This is also one of the purposes of publishing this book.
